ETDS was founded in March 2009 by Owner / Director Jimmy Beavis, who has been involved in supplying Happy Embroidery Machines and Wilcom Design Software within the NZ embroidery industry since 1996.
Jimmy has undergone extensive training in Japan and Australia by the manufacturers of both brands and ETDS prides itself in supplying exceptional customer service, technical support as well as training, for all the embroidery machinery and products we represent.
The Happy Industrial Corporation is a global organization based in Yamagata Japan and has been supplying Embroidery Machines to customers in every part of the world since 1923.
Happy Embroidery Machines manufacture high quality embroidery machines, from compact single heads to multi-head, computer controlled embroidery machines.
