From the beginning of Threadwork Design over 22 years ago, ETDS has been an important asset to the running my business. Through the years, Jimmy has kept me well informed and up to date with the latest Wilcom Digitizing software and the latest Happy Embroidery machinery we use for sampling. Jimmy is always available for software advice and the regular Happy machine service and maintenance that needs doing. Threadwork Design has had virtually no down time at all because of Jimmy's reliability to quickly resolve software issues or for the need of machine parts and send embroidery consumables.
